Large living room sublet in Lincoln Park

Hi, I want to list as many details as possible so this could be helpful. I am looking for a female roommate.

I am living in a 1b1b (1 bedroom 1 bathroom) apartment with a very large living room (larger than the bedroom) in Lincoln Park Area. The location is super good, safe and alive. Since I feel I nearly don't use the living room actually so I am looking for a roommate to share this apt with.

The living room is half furnished- I bought a floor lamp that I am happy to let you use it, with an air conditioner in the living room. I bought a table and two chairs and I hope we can use that table together. The living room has plenty of space for storage so don't need to be worried about the space.

Utilities are somewhat included, the thing that we need to share is internet and electricity, which would be less than 100 per month.

We need to share the bathroom so that is why I prefer a female roommate. No couples thanks..
