Looking for 1 roommate:

A cute 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Lincoln Park, new lease to start on August 1st for 12 months. Water and Heat are included in the rent, as well as a fee for our maintenance man, Mario, who is on call for any type of facility problems (i. e. leaks, heating issues, clogged shower drain). Two window AC units. 4 Radiators. Bathroom is up to date. Kitchen has full fridge, a stove, microwave, large stainless steel sink, and plenty of cabinet space. There is also additional storage in the basement. The apartment has east and west facing windows so it gets great sunlight in the mornings and evenings. Street is usually quiet and the neighborhood is vibrant with events and people.

Total rent is $1920/month which includes the service bundle of $45/month for maintenance service. Included heat and water but does not include utilities (gas/electric/wifi, about $50/month). The available bedroom price would be 1020 (rent) + 50 (monthly utilities). This is an amazing location, with great access to public transit (Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line), green spaces, the beach, walking distance to DePaul Campus, and other surrounding businesses.

A credit check is required to apply ($79) and an income of at least 50k or a cosigner is needed.

A little about me! I’m a graduate student finishing my master in nursing in a year. I love to bake, paint, crochet, read, go on runs, do yoga, grow plants, spend time with my two cats (Moss and Truffle) and study. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle and am looking for someone with similar taste. I am an early bird, up around 5-6am usually for work or school, but I’m very quiet. I keep the house very clean, bc of allergies and Chicago just being dirty in general. We live a no shoes in the house type of way. I don’t usually host gatherings at home, the only people who usually come to visit me are my sister and boyfriend, and I’m always respectful to give a heads up.
