Roommate in Ravenswood!

Hi ya’ll! I’m Cassidy (she/her) and I’m looking for someone to join me in an adorable 2 bedroom in the Ravenswood area. I am a theatre artist with a bizarre schedule. I like keeping common areas reasonably clean, but I also like the space to feel lived in. I am queer, 420 friendly, and just a little witchy :).

There’s coin laundry in the basement and shared utilities come out to about $70 a person each month (for wifi, gas, electric). There’s an adorable park a quick walk away and I’m about a 13 minute walk to the Damen Brown Line station. It’s a super sweet area; I love it so much. I’d love to chat about potentially rooming together!
