Ravenswood Sublease (entire apartment)

Hi – I’m looking for someone to sublease my 1 bed/1 bath in Ravenswood from July-October with the option to renew. I can be flexible with the start date. Rent is $2,410 + $45 for utilities + $50 for internet.

The apartments are set up like a row of condos/townhomes, so you only share an entrance and building with 3 other units. The apartment has in-unit laundry and its own back door to the outside. Ravenswood is very friendly and safe. The apartment is a 3 min walk to Mariano’s and the Metra and a 10 min walk to the Brown line. The Metra goes downtown (20 mins) and up north to Evanston (15 mins). There is a big 22 acre park a few blocks away with tennis courts.

The apartment complex has a dog run, grills, and a small gym.
