Located about four blocks away from the California Blue Line stop, minutes from some of the city?s best restaurants and bars. We have a porch and a sizable backyard that we share with the rest of the apartment complex. Laundry on-site. Room is available 10/1.

About the apartment: Rent is $800. Hardwood floors throughout, room fits bed, wardrobe, dresser. Closet available for clothes/storage. Room is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is.
