Hello!
I am looking for someone to sublet my convertible apartment at Logan Apartments in a prime Logan Square location!

The move-in date can be flexible though the price listed is accounting for a February move-in date.

Lease Ends: February 15, 2023

Amenities include: In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, new appliances, a fitness center, resident lounge and demo kitchen, conference room and co-working space, complimentary bike storage in garage, outdoor pool (see photos), and a community outdoor space for grilling and late nights admiring the City’s views.

Dogs and Cats are allowed. There is also a dog run available. Fees apply.

Parking is available through SP+. Parking is located behind the building under the El for $75.

Additional $70 for the required utility package (excludes ComEd, internet, and renter's insurance)

The new tenant would get Two (2) Free Months (April and June 2022). Prorated rent price is listed. Base rent is $1795 without proration.

There is an application fee of $75. NO deposit is required but there is a $400 administration fee which will be applied to the first month's rent. Management will require you to apply.

Furniture and/or mounted TV can be happily left in the unit if you are interested in it.
