Basement For Rent

Hello there, we have a basement for rent in our home in Maywood. It?s not finished but it has a full just remodeled bathroom. Large space to make yourself completely comfortable. Access to kitchen and living room upstairs. Washer and dryer in basement. All utilities included. WiFi is extra. Month to month.

We are looking for females only. Lesbian couples are fine. (extra $25 a month for couples) Please be sane, reliable and able to pay your rent on time. No hard drugs allowed and no pets.

We are a super chill, smoking, hard working, married lesbian couple and we also have another roommate in the room across from us, she is super chill. We do have 2 cats and a dog that isn?t allowed downstairs. The environment around the house is relaxed and peaceful. We don?t expect to become your bff, but being friendly and cordial is expected and we will do the same.

Space will be available February 1st.
