You would be living with two males in their early 30s. Who keep to themselves and work.

10 min walk to the 55th Red Line, and there are several bus lines that pass through this area. Street parking is available. Grocery stores, gas stations, parks, and convenient stores are in walking distance.

The block is largely senior-citizen, very quiet and safe. The room includes a bed, dresser, and TV. Also the house has central heat/AC, basement, dishwasher, and spacious backyard.
