About the apartment:
in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, easy permit parking, heat and water included in rent, natural lighting throughout, hardwood floors, crown molding throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, closets in all bedrooms, bathroom, and in hallway, marble kitchen counter tops, lots of cabinet space, and spacious common areas.

Roommates will split electric, gas, and internet three ways. Typically this comes out to be about $60 in total for those three utilities per month.

Furniture shown in pictures may vary after June 1st, so if you will be bringing furniture that we'll need to replace that's an added bonus!

About the roommates:
We are both social workers recently out of grad school where we met. We're both from the area and have been living in the city for the past few years so we are more that happy to show around people who are new to the city! One of us works AM schedule and the other a PM so we're looking or someone who can be respectful of different schedules. We're also people who like to keep the apartment clean and have some organization, so we're looking for someone who is willing to share the responsibility of keeping the apartment clean. We aren't huge party animals but we like having people over to hang out, eat, drink, and chill. We're looking for a roommate to co-exist with us in an awesome apartment, we don't have to be best friends but both of us are pretty passive, friendly people. :)

Within walking distance: Mcdonald's, Mariano's, Jewel, Walgreens, Popeyes, Subway, Starbucks, Potbelly, MOD Pizza, Chipotle, Wing Stop, and many other restaurants and stores. Easy access to both Western and Addison buses. Near both blue and brown lines.
