Hello! I am an African-American Female age 33 Professional.

I am looking for a roommate to move into a 2 Bedroom 1 bath spacious Apartment in the North Center neighborhood. (Irving Park Brownline is close EL station less than 10 Minute walk). Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Free parking in front of the building.

Lease would be for 1 year with move in date July 1st. Rent is $1725 ($862.50 per person) Plus $60-100 additional for Utilities. No move-in fees or security deposit required.

I have attached photos of Apartment. [Sorry current roommate is messy best photo i can get of bedroom. Bedroom can hold queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand. Spacious walk in closet in Bedroom the picture with boxes shows it..]

Also, Dining room does have a table and chairs but was unable to take photo of room because roommate has home office setup in dining room currently. So I posted picture before moving in so you can see how big it is. This apartment also has a great deck (pictured).

NOTE: APPLICATIONS START IN APRIL FOR A JULY 1ST MOVE-IN.
