My cozy and charming garden unit has an opening right away. There are three small rooms that can be used as bedrooms, or bedrooms and an office; a living room, open kitchen, dinning nook, two bathrooms, and laundry on the same level. It's very well light, both with natural light and the lighting that has been installed.

It's both right near all the things you might want to be near and in a quiet, safe neighborhood! Public transport, grocery, and Starbucks right there!

Current rent does not include the internet or the utilities, and is $1625.00 per month for the whole apartment. Without utilities included that would be: $812.50 if split between two people-or $600 if split between three people.
