WOMEN'S Residence

AVAILABLE now, Women's Residence at Urban Art Retreat since 1982. Women space caters to single women w/o kids. Each woman has her own bed room and share common spaces. Sitting room, bath, kitchen. 2nd floor just for women. WIFI. Laundry in basement.. Women have keys and come and go as they like. All kinds of women stay here for different periods of time.
Very colorful with lots of art. The manager lives on 1st floor with 3 doggies. She is an artist. This is a place for dog lovers. Not a place for women who don't like dogs or are fearful of dogs. The dogs live here too!
Women sign a rental agreement. Everyone cleans daily after themselves, and weekend house chores. There are three bedrooms, one single, one queen, one king on the 2nd floor.
