ISO introvert to occupy space with

My house is a typical Chicago West side bungalow - two floors, cozy but not crowded, finished basement. There are three bedrooms upstairs but only two are occupied (by my kids - 14f and 12m but only my daughter lives here full time) and I sleep in the finished basement downstairs. In addition to the kitchen, dining room, and common living space I have two bathrooms, an extra fridge and chest freezer, washer/dryer, large pantry, library, a small backyard with a large gas grill, all in a lovely quiet area with great neighbors. Non smoker non negotiable, all pets considered (I love animals and currently have a parakeet) but no cats (because of the parakeet). I?m 39, work full time, Drink copious amounts of coffee and occasionally some wine. I am a singer and musician so my potential roommate must be OK with hearing music around the house at various times. We are an early to bed and early to rise household though so nothing that will keep you up at night and I would request the same considerations in return. The bedroom has a futon, dresser, small closet and two windows, I would be more than happy to consider sharing some of the other storage space in the house as that is something not in short supply.
