Furnished room for female preferred

Smaller furnished room for female only in a large home with family room, front room and enclosed patio overlooking 1/2 acre yard. Very quiet, peaceful home with no drama. Looking for another professional female roommate who does not party nor have overnight guests. Home is a place to come home to after work and feel comfortable and not worry about people being over all the time. I have a very friendly 20 lb dog and a 5 lb shih tze so must like dogs.
Great place for someone who enjoys being outdoors in the enclosed patio and yard.
Rent includes all utilities and parking in an enclosed carport.
