We have hosted guests for the past 12 years and enjoy meeting new people.
$675 per month rent includes one medium sized furnished bedroom with a closet, double size bed, blankets and sheets, towels, desk, chair, lamps, shelves, additional storage, Wi-Fi access, shared bath and laundry privileges including detergent and fabric softener. All utilities included.
Available March 1, 2021. NON-SMOKER ONLY. Rent is $675 per month.
Meals available at additional cost, $250/month for 3 meals per day, $150/month for evening meal only.
Adults with one dog living in our home. Parking available nearby for $60/month. There is no on-street overnight parking in Oak Park.

Past tenant reference available. We have hosted for continuously for 12 years.
