I am a restaurant manager, so my hours are late. I would prefer someone with hours like me. Or someone who doesn't care about coming and goings

I like to binge watch netflix and play video games. I rarely have people over.

I have 1 cat, Shadow, super cuddly.

I'm a moderately clean person, as long as we respect each other in the common areas and talk about what is needed.

The apartment is basically all furnished except for the extra bedroom but I'm sure we can make space for more of needed.

Cable, internet and water are included.

We will split elec and gas.
If you want a cable box in your room that charge is on you.

Move in date is flexible, I have someone moving out and I will need to clean the room.
