200 sq ft bedroom with private **1/2 bathroom in addition. The main bathroom has the shower.

First-floor apartment with hardwood floors and free radiator heat. Gas, internet, and electric about $50/month each. Courtyard and laundry on premises. Street parking.

This apartment is two blocks from the beach, and directly off the red line. Grocery, laundromats, liquor store, and family dollar are within a block. Very close to Evanston, and an easy commute downtown.

I? m a cheerful, neat, and respectful person. Not big on partying and enjoy staying in, but will have a small group of friends over from time to time. I typically go out to concerts and events in the city, and appreciate a peaceful apartment.
