Need Roommate in Rogers Park

Hi, my name is Diamond and I’m looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment from the beginning of January 2022 to the end of June 2022 (6 months).

I live in a 1,000 sqft 2 bed 1 bath apartment with in unit laundry in Rogers Park. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are fully furnished; you would just have to furnish your room and help with house supplies like groceries, toilet paper, etc.

Your rent is $850 + about $75-$100 in utilities. There is a parking spot available that’s an additional $150 a month through our landlord if that’s something you’re interested in.

I’d love to meet up and hang out to see how we connect before deciding because the last thing I want is to live in a hostile home with someone (I’d honestly love to make a best friend out of this).
