Room for Rent- Available the 1st!

The last two pictures will be your space! I don’t know the dimensions but it’s large. It has a dividing wall with its own entrance that I hardly use as I have one through the kitchen. There is a 250 deposit and you are required to have renters insurance ($15). The room is currently unfurnished. The closet is pictured and is basically a storage unit with how big it is. Laundry is in the next building over and is $1.50 wash and $1.50 dry.
The building is gated entry only and is super safe 🥰

Neighbors are quiet and I am a very private person as well.

No dish washer unfortunately but I will likely be switching to paper plates or limited dishes (because I know the environment) for post surgery.

Parking is free and is just a bit tricky to find at times. There is a lot available for $150 a month but not necessary.

Wifi is included in your rent 🙂 I don’t use a microwave so if you do you’ll have to bring your own.
