Hello! My friend Ada and I are looking for another female to rent the 3rd bedroom + private bathroom in our 3 bed/3 bath unit. I am a School Director & Ada works in logistics. We both work full-time and are in our 30's. (There's no headline option to specify seeking roommate).

ROOM & BATH: the empty room pictured is for rent, but I also have a comfy daybed (new, unused bed set too) + nice wooden dresser w/mirror & tv table you're welcome to - it's up to you whether to move in fully furnished, or to an empty room. The bathroom has 2 rugs + a city skyline curtain, toothbrush holder/soap dispenser, etc. You're also welcome to a linen rack. The room has a large double-closet; you'll also have a regular-size hall closet. The tub is a deep-soaking JET tub.

LAUNDRY IS IN UNIT.

PARKING IS INCLUDED: neither of us have a car, so you'll have your own designated off-street spot - the building has a private lot behind it.

24 HR TRANSIT: half a block from Clark, 2 blocks from Sheridan, Broadway, & Devon buses - all 24 hrs. Redline is literally 6 mins from bus depot.

TWO-STORY UNIT: this is literally the equivalent size of a 3 bedroom townhouse; the place is fully furnished, all nice pieces in good to new condition. 2 living rooms: 1 on each floor (and 3 couches + chaise upstairs; sectional couch + rocking chair on floor #2). Kitchen pictured is on 1st floor: dishwasher, Ninja, Air Fryer, bar w/ 2 stools. Also full dining area/table, if you like to entertain - it's pretty huge. 2 full-size outdoor balconies upstairs as well! There's also a wet-bar with sink attached to the downstairs living room, along with a new 55 inch Samsung.  (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Discovery Plus, etc).

LAYOUT: my bed & bathroom are upstairs; Ada's room (w/her bathroom attached), and vacant bed & bath for rent are on floor #2.  

RENT INCLUDES CENTRAL A/C & WIFI: $800 flat; which is slightly lower than 1/3 the overall cost of the unit: rent, electric (central a/c), and high-speed Wifi.  Heat & cooking are gas, so the bill is very low in warm months. (I didn't add 1/3 of the gas, as it varies; whereas the other utilities are set-rates we pay. Winter, I'd add max $55 if budgeting to be on the safe-side).

It's fine to start moving in prior to June 1st. There are 2 cats (not even fully grown). Ada takes care of them very well; no box smells nor need to care for them.

The terms are flexible and can be month-to-month, with minimum 30 days notice. You'll proof of income/employment- no deposit. (We already paid it a year ago). You must be kind and respectful, clean-up behind yourself in common areas - the obvious, basic stuff. Be good for the rent, take good care of the unit, etc.
