About the unit:
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $725/a month per person (plus utilities—electric, gas, internet). The unit includes: hvac heating/ac, in-unit washer/dryer, fireplace and dishwasher. This is a second floor walkup and has a little back porch area!
My current roommate and I rent a garage space a few blocks away, if interested in it, let me know.
It's a 15-20 minute walk to Howard Red/Yellow/Purple line station, and to different bus stops around, and a 20 minute walk to Rogers Park Metra station. There's a Jewel Osco within a 10-15 minute walk.
About myself: 'm a pretty chill person, and I enjoy nights in gaming or reading and also going out to coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. I have a cat! Her name is Luna and she likes scritches, the occasional belly rub, and to play fetch with her favorite mouse toys.
