Two blocks from the 21 Cermak60 to McCormick place, Chinatown, Red Line/Green Line. Blue Island on 26th runs 24/7 to/from the loop. Average uber pool from many places north of Armitage is $15. Within 3 blocks of Cermak Fresh Market and La Chiquita on 26th street. Closest Aldi is a mile away on Kedzie. Closest better Aldi and better Cermak fresh market are off Ashland/Cermak. Pete?s on Cermak/Rockwell has best balance, easy to get to on the 21 Cermak.

No issues with neighbors. Mostly families on this block.
