Looking for Third Roommate

Hi, my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate who wants to live in the UIC/Little Italy or South Loop Area. We are still apartment hunting but found a great spot in South Loop right on Roosevelt and State. You would get the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. Rent would be between 1000-1500. Must be okay with dogs (we have a small Yorkie poo). We're both young, professional working females that are gone from 9-5 throughout the day.

Rent would include internet, cable, heating, and electric. The location is great! Walking distance (less than 5 mins) to a Trader Joe's and Jewels. FFC gym is right across the street. CTA red and green line across the street as well as many buses nearby.
