I?m looking for a roommate. My second bedroom is open for rent On Feb 1st, 2020. My place includes a washer and dryer. A $ 300 deposit is required upfront, and first months rent.

Furnished With bed, tv desk, tall stand, nice closet. The room is $600 Share washroom and kitchen. Includes require a security deposit and photo ID. No pet. The room is clean, quiet, safe and in a very peaceful neighborhood. The Green line station is 2 blocks away. Public library, free park, and U of C is down the street.
