Looking for a cool roommate to share my gorgeous South Shore bungalow. Utilities included (WIFI, gas, electric, water/sewer/trash/recycling). 1 bedroom available, you can choose which of 2 bedrooms you want (the other will be a guest room). Private bathroom, garage space, on site free laundry, WFH area in finished basement. Use of all living spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room, rec room in basement, yard/patio). Small gym area in basement. I have 2 friendly and active 60 lb dogs. Yard has grill, patio couches, firepit, hammock, veggie garden, compost. Just under a mile from Rainbow Beach Park, 0.7 miles from 4 miles from UChicago campus. Windsor Park Metra Station, Buses are 6, 75, J14, 26.

I'm excited to share my home with someone! I'm an excellent communicator. I work from home in a home office. I'm not a neat freak and a little clutter is just fine. I would want to figure out a distribution of cleaning etc. that works for both of us. I love to garden, hike, go camping. I listen to NPR a lot. I love going out for music or go dancing. In the summer I live at the beach. My dogs are very energetic, cuddly, and sweet.

You can choose which of the 2 bedrooms you would like. They can be furnished or not. The other bedroom will be a guest room for occasional guests.
Main floor bedroom: 10'x11', closet, hardwood floor, 2 big windows with view of neighbor's house, ceiling fan. Fits a queen.
Basement bedroom: 9.5'x10.5', closet, tile, 1 large box window, fits a full, more private.
