We are a 24 and 27-year-old looking for a clean, polite, 21+ female-identifying individual to sign onto our lease. The apartment is very roomy; 3 bedrooms with a lot of storage space. The room available shares a bathroom with an existing roommate. The apartment is located on the third floor of a six-unit building, within walking distance of the Lawrence Red Line, and near the 81 and 151 bus stops. We have hardwood floors, a dishwasher, in-building laundry, and a balcony. Please, no pets and no smoking. We would prefer someone with a quiet lifestyle, who keeps their space clean, and is respectful of others. Rent is $541.67 and utilities are between $50-70 each month.
