Long-term gay couple looking for roommate(s) to share our conveniently located Uptown rental. Unit is three bed, three bath duplex down. Hardwood floors upstairs. Furnished. New appliances. In unit washer and dryer. Easy access to public transportation.
Fairly accessible street parking as well.

We've lived here for 10+ years, sharing the space with several great roommates over time. Looking for someone who is independent, but also open to enjoying the benefits of communal living. We'll often be doing our own thing, but it's nice to share a meal, play a game, or watch a flick together.

Louis, our fur baby of two years, is our pride and joy.

Willing to consider another couple or 2 separate roommates, but the most likely outcome is one new renter. Obviously that would impact the division of rent. Advertised rent is division amongst 3 people. Utilities (electricity, gas, internet, cable) generally run around $140/person/month. Prefer other professionals or graduate students.
