Non-refundable $400 move in fee + credit check fee (~$50). ~15 minute walk to Midway orange line and close to buses. Excellent location for someone who travels frequently or works for an airline. I am a single mom who works from home. I am a homebody and like things to be calm. I have my child with me 50% of the time. Sometimes I will have family or friends over but the home is very low-key. The basement is nicely set up to be a private and respected space for the renter. There is a separate entrance. I need a financially responsible renter with a credit score above 650.
