We're looking for a someone to move into our Wicker Park/Bucktown apartment ASAP (available now)!

-Fully Furnished bedrooms (if desired)

The apartment is the second floor of a 2-family brownstone in the heart of Wicker Park (just near the "Six Corners"). Tons or room and incredible light from huge windows in the living room and kitchen. The apartment is in great condition, fully furnished by the current tents. Wood floors, updated kitchen, central air, separated mud-room, washer and dryer in unit, etc.

Personality - we're looking for someone who independent but also down to hang out during the week. You'll be moving in with a couple, but they are hands down the best roommates I've had and I promise you won't feel like you're the "third-wheel." There is a spare room in the apartment which is great for guests or for extra storage! (you have the choice of rooms - one is perfect for a double bed, the other is perfect for a queen)

Lease runs until July 31, 2019. Rent is ~$850-$950/month (depending on the room) plus ~$65/m for utilities.
