Room w/private bathroom in Wicker Park

Subletting the last 2 months on my lease for my room in a spacious, modern Wicker Park apartment. I am only moving because I am leaving Chicago - love the apartment and roommate.

As for the space, you?ll have the larger room, private bathroom and balcony off your bedroom. Balcony is large enough for small coffee table/chairs, plants etc. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment so no street noise. The living room and kitchen area is shared and spacious with large windows. In unit washer and dryer.

There is one parking spot shared by the two tenants, but there is also free street parking all around the apartment. Public transport is in walking distance. The same goes for restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, jogging trail, exercise classes and shopping.
