Room with Private Bathroom in West Wicker

I am renting a room in my 2 bath 2 bedroom condo in West Wicker Park. I am often gone on work trips (1 to 2 weekends per month) so my roommate would have a lot of time to themselves! The second bedroom is in the rear of the unit with a giant deck in the back and west facing (sunset view). The second bathroom is the ?guest bathroom? and my room has a separate bathroom. The unit is fully furnished but I?m open to having additional furniture or switching out the bedroom furniture. The condo has laundry, all brand new appliances, two decks, central AC, garage parking, and is a ten minute walk to the blue line. I?m an engineer with a busy work schedule but always down for a glass of wine (or whiskey if it?s Friday!).
