The room has a walk in closet and it?s own attached bathroom. Move in starting January and lease ends July 1st. Possibility to renew lease. Asking $1200 a month unfurnished or $1300 with existing furniture. Comes with laundry in unit, a parking space, massive kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, pantry and wine fridge.
