My name is Cameron.

I recently bought this property and am looking for a long-term roommate. I'm a consultant working fairly long hours during the week, but make time to get out in the city during the weekend. I usually get up around 6-7am to make coffee, journal, read, etc. to get the morning started. My hours can fluctuate fairly late, but I plan to do my work from my room or on the rooftop (I'm pretty excited for the rooftop and I'll be investing in a fireplace, lounge chairs, etc. No problem if you like having friend(s) over to hang out as well!).

This is a modern, up-scale condo in an extremely convenient location. It's centrally located off of Division Street (super fun street with bars, restaurants, etc.), across the street from a Target supermarket, the gym, and only two blocks away from the blue line, which gets you directly into downtown. Also, the freeway is close by if you have to drive to work or like doing weekend trips!

You'll have a private room and bathroom with complete access to the kitchen, living room, and rooftop!

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who's clean and respectful. I'd ideally like someone that I have things in common with so the living experience is better, but open to someone who's more just looking for a place to live and does their own thing.

The close date is the end of February, so I'm ideally looking for someone to move in the first weekend of March. Can discuss alternative scheduling.
