This is a HOUSEMATE situation for one responsible adult. Four responsible males currently live in other bedrooms. Most of them work long hours away from the house. This is not a party house.

Room has a hardwood floor, ceiling fan, small cedar closet, five built-in dresser size drawers, a built-in desk, built-in cabinets, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and HEAT, and three windows. The room and the closet are small. That's why the rent is low. Bed would likely have to be a single.

Full access to the common areas: kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, living room, fireplace, porch, laundry room with washer & dryer, and large private wooded yard.

PARTIALLY FURNISHED: Dining room table and chairs, stove, dishwasher, microwave, couches, 2 refrigerators.

Bedroom is AVAILABLE 11-20-23.

We require a rental application and a 1-year lease. Sometimes a 6-month lease is possible. The move-in costs are payment of the first month rent and a $795 security deposit.
