Refreshly modeled private basement room

I'm looking for a new roommate is moving out and I have a open room in the basement I am will to rent out to a clean and tidy person who pays rent on time. My other roommates are quiet people who keep to themselves and respect the shared living space they do bring there kids over for a few days every month. Don't have any pets but am willing to allow my other roommates to have cats would not like to have dogs around. The basement is spacious and has a separate bathroom and shower. The laundry room is down but it is in a separate room. Also there's a separate entrance. Willing to negotiate so please let me know. Age and gender don't matter to me open to anyone interested.
