Hi, I have an unfurnished 12 x14 room for rent $950 per month (now being used as an art room /office) incluced are all utilities, cable, (parking spot extra) floor to ceiling windows, verticle blinds, laminate wood flooring, on the top floor of a five story apartment building. Parking not included with rent. It's a 2 bedroom, corner unit, so plenty of natural light. The bathroom is a hotel setup. One full bathroom with another seperate sink and mirror.

It's in the 4 Lakes complex in Lisle which includes free access to 4 pools, volleyball courts, boat rentals, bar, restaurant, conveniece store, fishing and skiing in winter. Gym is extra.

Available June 31st. A six month contract and one month's deposit is required. Employment Background Check needed. All utilities are included, including cable, laundry. Unit has a real fireplace and laundry. (If needed will furnish room.)

About Me: I am a very young thinking, 55+ divorced female. I have a very friendly, loving well behaved medium size dog: Misha (After the initial 10 minutes of excitement meeting a new human) She does shed but I try my best to keep the place hair free.
