The bathroom is also newly renovated. The house has a basement for storage, a deck with a grill, and a garage space for you. There are also a washer and dryer in the basement.
Your room is not furnished but the rest of the house pretty much is. The price would be $1200 per month plus utilities. The utilities would be split evenly between us. I'm looking for someone who would ideally like to do a 12 month lease.
