Hi there, I’m looking to rent out my spacious one bedroom with walk in closet and one bathroom. Rent will include shared space throughout the home (kitchen, living room, family room, and basement) I have a finished basement that’s furnished with a pool table, a gym room, and washer/dryer. Large backyard with private patio seating area. In the summer you’ll have access to our community swimming pool. All utilities will be included (wifi, gas, electric, and water). One car parking spot inside my 2 car garage is included. Located in a great community about 10 mins from O’hare Airport and 23 miles to downtown Chicago.
