Condo overlooking a pond

I'm a single straight male that owns a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo right across the street from a public park with a pond. The condo is on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. The place is already furnished, except the room I'm offering. The room has a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. No other windows in the room. Queen size bed fits great but king size would also fit.
