Sublet my room at the Asbury plaza

Hey everyone! So I will be having to relocate to NC in about 2 months for my job and am looking to sublet my room in our 2 bed 2 bath condo. You would be living with my roommate who is really chill, and we got a really good deal on the place for rent. We are located at the Asbury Plaza which is in a really good location in the city and walking distance from a lot to do. We are on the 26th floor that has a great view. You would be moving into the smaller room, but you’d get your own bathroom and private balcony which is nice. Rent split will be $1378 and that includes the $85 package that includes trash, sewer, and A/C. So you’d split wifi and electric which is usually around $45 split.
