1 or 2 Rooms for Rent

Looking for a mature female/couple to share my home (a two-story house with a fenced backyard).

Room is unfurnished or partly unfurnished (depends on room and needs). $500 (per room) a month plus electricity, cable/dish, and water with $250 deposit, with a month to month lease. Room size is approximately 10'5" x 13'5". Included utilities are gas and internet (WiFi). (Utilities to be shared are Dish, water, and electric.) Also included is off-street parking, use of laundry, kitchen and family room. The bathroom is semi-private used by only two roommates.

No smoking, no drugs and no guns allowed on the property.

I have two dogs and two cats all with great personalities. (Only small caged pets allowed.)
