Quiet Place Ready For A Renter

I am a quiet and clean individual. Usually keep to myself while at home. I generally get along with everyone. I work during the week and usually spend the weekend relaxing or going out. I do have a friendly dog who usually stays in the living room or wherever I am. There is a good size back/side yard along with a fire pit. Neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The downtown train station is minutes away along with a lot of restaurants and shops. I am looking for a roommate who is quiet, clean, respectful and can get along with me and my dog.
