We are a young, married couple that have an amazing space! We enjoy cooking (we would share a kitchen though the downstairs does feature a wet bar that can be used by tenant as mini kitchenette). We have a super friendly cat and dog (would consider a cat). We both work as servers and have a 4 month old baby. He is an average 4 month old but the house is very large and the space for the tenant is very private- the tenant would have use of the ENTIRE lower level.
