Looking for one Roommate to live with.

Looking to fill a bedroom in the 2 bedroom, bath and a half house I live in. I’ve got room downstairs for furniture, if you have more than just bedroom stuff. There’s also an unfinished basement for storage. There’s a washer and dryer in the house. I get ready in the smaller bathroom downstairs. So the bigger bathroom would be yours to keep your stuff in. There’s only one shower, but I’m good with working around schedules. I just ask that you be considerate, I’ll strive to be the same. That goes for everything outside the bedroom, I try to keep it tidy and somewhat clean. I’m not a perfectionist by any means but I don’t let stuff sit for too long. Hopefully you are on the tidier side without being a tyrant or a complete slob. Lastly, payment will be due every month the day before the first. $650 includes rent and bills. Bills include: Gas, Electric, Water, Garbage, Internet
Im pretty chill, I don’t go out much ever, and I’m not looking for parties to be brought back to the house. So hopefully your rowdy days are behind you. I’m not looking for any more drama in my life and I can promise I won’t start any.
There’s street front parking. There’s a small fenced in back yard. No pets unfortunately, that’s the landlords rule.
