The room is the spare bedroom and you would have your own bathroom as well. There is a pool, gym, and community center. I do have a dog but he is the sweetest thing. I’m 29 years old and enjoy reading, going to the gym and a healthy lifestyle. I would prefer someone that I get along with easily. I’m pretty easy going as long as you keep things tidy. Also I enjoy cooking so you’d probably get some good meals. I work from 3-11:30 Sunday-Thursday. And am usually gone on the two days I have off unless I have plans up here.
