Warm, cozy home within 12 miles of downtown Indy

The neighborhood is safe and the back yard is peaceful and comfortable. The house stays pretty clean. I'm about average in that regard. Wifi internet, Netflix and utilities are included. I don't have cable.

There's a chest freezer in the garage that I use, so you will have your own separate freezer space in the refrigerator.

My dog is an older lab mix and my grandkids visit pretty regularly. They don't get into other people's stuff, but do make noise.
