1 room available in the Northern Indy area! It is located 20-25 minutes from downtown and 5-10 minutes from Carmel. Rent would be $700 + utilities which usually comes out to around $800-$850 a month. I am a software developer who works from home and the other tenant is a tennis instructor. Everything in the shared spaces such as tv, fridge, microwave etc are open for use by anyone. Once I get a third roommate I will also be hiring a monthly cleaning company to keep the house looking nice. If you are interested please reach out!
