Seeking roommate near Fall Creek—cat-friendly!

Help! I love this apartment and really want to stay in it, but my current roommate is going to grad school in Idaho, so I’m looking for someone to join me on the lease ASAP. The building has a gym, indoor & outdoor pools, and sometimes there are just. Weddings. On the ground floor. It’s good people-watching. Parking is included, and the parking lot is never full!! I work an office job in Fishers, so I’ll be out of your way on weekdays. I have a cat (cute, chunky, cuddly) and the building allows one more pet (I wouldn’t tell if you snuck in more than one.) The apartment is in the perfect spot in the building, too—super close to the stairs, elevator, laundry, and parking lot. My current lease is up at the end of the month, but as you can tell by my roommate’s dwindling furniture, you could definitely move in early if need be. My biggest flaw as a roommate is leaving dishes in the sink. The apartment’s biggest flaw is that the living room is chilly through the winter. Air conditioning is included; power, water, and WiFi aren’t. I can do the math on our average monthly utilities if you want; I’m just lazy. This building is really well-situated, too—hop on Meridian to go downtown, hop on Fall Creek Parkway go get out of town. There’s also a bus stop literally right across the street if you take public transit! Walkable to a handful of restaurants, Ivy Tech, the children’s museum for some reason, and a few parks/trails. Hit me up—I’m a procrastinator, and I gotta fill this other bedroom before I get too used to shamelessly making TikToks at all hours.
