Furnished Room or Whole Unfurnished Basement

Married couple who is looking for a roommate. We do not smoke and lightly drink. We ask you're about the same. We play board games and like to socialize with people. We have 2 dogs that roam the house and 2 ferrets that are always in the cage. You can choose either the guest bedroom or the whole unfinished basement.
