3 bed 2.5 bath house in a nice neighborhood

Nice 3 bed 2.5 bath house in Lawerence. 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from fishers. Everything downstairs is furnished besides a dining room table. The bedroom that’s available is around 11 feet by 12 feet. There is a closet that is 2 feet deep and 6 feet long. Currently looking for a third roommate. Right now, it’s just Zach(22 year old Male) and Tavol(24 year old female). We are both in construction and like to keep a clean household. Both of us are very friendly and outgoing.
